Emails are sent from your own Gmail or Outlook account to maximize deliverability. The whole pipeline runs automatically — you just review replies and take calls.

Most customers are sending their first emails within 2 hours of signing up. Setup involves: (1) connecting your email account via Gmail or Outlook OAuth, (2) defining your ICP filters, (3) configuring your agency details and personalization guidance. That's it — the AI handles everything else.

No. The platform is designed for salespeople and founders, not engineers. If you can fill out a form and write a few sentences describing your pitch, you can run a campaign.

Just your ICP (ideal customer profile): who you want to reach (titles, industries, company size, location). You also provide your pitch in plain English — what you do, what result you deliver, what you want them to do. The AI does the research and writing.

We use your own Gmail or Outlook account, which maintains your sender reputation. We enforce daily send limits (default 50/day per account), natural send windows, and email warmup to protect deliverability. Our customers typically see 40-65% open rates on personalized campaigns.

Yes. You can connect up to 5 email accounts per campaign and we'll rotate sends across them. This lets you send more volume without risk to any single account. We recommend using 3-5 accounts for best results.

Gmail (Google Workspace and personal) and Microsoft Outlook/365 are supported via OAuth. SMTP support is coming soon.

Before writing each email, our research agent analyzes the prospect's data: company funding events, hiring activity, tech stack, industry news, and their role. It then writes a 3-section email with a specific hook (personalization line referencing a real signal), a one-sentence pitch, and a low-friction CTA. No two emails are identical.

Yes. Each campaign step has two modes: "AI Guidance" (you describe what to write, AI writes it) or "Template" (you write the template with personalization tokens, AI personalizes it). You can mix and match per step in a sequence.

Leads are sourced from Apollo.io's database of 275M+ contacts using your ICP filters. You can also upload your own CSV of leads, or manually add individual prospects.

This depends on your plan and how many email accounts you have connected. Each email account has a daily send limit (default 50). With 5 accounts, you can reach 250 new prospects per day. We recommend starting slower and increasing gradually to protect deliverability.

Every prospect is tracked by their email address and Apollo ID. Once someone is added to a campaign, they can never be re-added — even if you delete them or run the campaign again. Deduplication is permanent and campaign-level.

Yes. You can add excluded domains, companies, and email addresses to your ICP filters. Competitors, existing customers, and your own company are automatically excluded.

We do not offer refunds. Given the nature of the service — AI credits consumed, leads sourced, and emails sent on your behalf — all sales are final. We strongly encourage you to book a demo or start with a single month before committing to longer terms.

Apollo.io credits are consumed to source leads (your own Apollo account or our shared credits depending on plan). AI personalization uses Anthropic API credits (included in plan). SMS sending via Twilio incurs per-message costs if you use that channel.

Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

B2B cold email is legal in the US under CAN-SPAM, in the EU under GDPR (legitimate interest basis for business contacts), and in Canada under CASL. We include automatic unsubscribe handling in all campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.

All data is stored on US-based servers (Railway / AWS). Email OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

We store the content of emails you send through the platform for tracking and analytics purposes. We do not read replies or personal email outside of what's sent through our system.
